The term ‘deejavu art and design’ or ‘I’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose address is listed on the contacts page. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Our products are sold through our Etsy shop (deejavuart) or may be arranged by personal contact.
Etsy accept payment using PayPal, major credit and debit cards and Etsy gift cards.
Please make payment within 3 days of placing your order to ensure that the items are dispatched to you as soon as possible. Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
We aim to dispatch all items with 2 days of receiving payment.
We are based in the UK and parcels are dispatched using either a courier or UK Royal Mail depending on the item ordered, delivery in the UK can usually be expected in 1-4 days from posting.
If you require your items faster please contact us at email@example.com - please note that faster delivery options may incur additional postage costs.
International postage is available on all items
For smaller items, parcels will be postage using tracked airmail services.
For larger items or those with no international delivery costs listed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote. We do not wish to overcharge for postage and as these vary greatly depending on destination and size/weight we will provide an individual quote.

Quality and customer service are of the highest importance, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item.
Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange return, replacement or full-refund (please note that return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser).
All we ask is that you inform us by email or post as soon as possible and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt. We will send you a return code and return address. Write the return code on the outside of the packaging, and then return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges. We recommend using an insured delivery service.
Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
You should allow up to 14 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
